Hiking, Caving and Abseil adventure day

The concept

Take time out from the stress of the office enviroment and enjoy the breathtaking scenery available on our doorstep.

The ideal way to explore our amazing mountains is by invigorating both body and mind with an Adventure challenge.

The day begins at the quaint harbour village of Kalk Bay for a quick coffee and muffin at Olympia Café.

Ready and rearing to go we now travel up by foot to the parking site above the village.  Equiped with backpacks stocked with drinks, snacks, torch and sunscreen we are now ready to conquer the mountain.

A mix between a scramble and an amble up the path we arrive at the rocky cliff on the mountainside with breathtaking views of what seems to be the entire world below you.

A short water break and time for some photo’s before we embark on part II of the adventure – the caving experience.  Boomslang caves are aptly named as it requires a bit of hand and knees and some belly slithering to get out.

Once back in the sunshine it is a short walk to the abseil site.

Time to stop for more photo’s, a snack and some water before the next great challenge – the Abseil.The abseil is a great adrenallin experience and ends the day on a real high note.
This is an amazing experience with fantastic views.
