Deep Sea Fishing
Heading out from the Waterfront in luxury-fishing boats complete with sundecks and leather interiors we will begin trawling for fish across Table Bay. Snoek, or Barracuda as it is known abroad, is common in these waters and puts up a fantastic fight. Other catches could include Bronze Breen, yellowtail or even shark.
A half day excursion including drinks and snacks.
Shark Cage Diving
We depart Cape Town at 06h00 and drive through to Gansbaai two and a half hours away and breeding ground to the Great White Shark. Gansbaai is famous for it’s high concentration of this infamous shark, which feed on seals from an island colony just off the mainland. To view the sharks from within the cage which is lowered into the water next to the boat, you must be at least open water dive qualified. Non-divers can still see the sharks as they are very curious animals and will usually come right to the side of the boat to check out the humans.
Excursion includes breakfast, lunch, snacks on the boat and transport.
Table Mountain Abseil
Abseil off the “World’s highest, natural, commercial abseil” – Table Mountain. Dare to step from an amazing 1000 meters into a 112 meter abseil!!! Just you, a rope and spectacular views
Excluding cable car, including 1 bottle of water per person and photos.
Table Mountain Hike
Hike through the Cape’s magical fynbos and enjoy the breath-taking views as we ascend Table Mountain. Various route options are available to suit all abilities and can be combined with the cable car for a short half day outing or overnight on the mountain for a multi-day excursion.
Sky Diving
Tandem Freefall from 9000ft attached to a skydive instructor. After an amazing 30 second freefall your shoot will open and you will float down to earth enjoying the panoramic views from Cape Point to the Cedarberg. A video and photos of the jump available.
Scuba Diving
Shipwrecks, Kelp Forests, Coral Reefs and playful seals all within a 10 minute drive of the city centre. We will supply all the equipment for either a shore or boat dive. Divers must be at least Open Water qualified. Courses are also available.
Mountain Biking
Cape Town and it’s surrounds offers world class mountain biking trails in stunningly scenic nature reserves and forests. There are routes to suit all abilities and experience levels. For groups we find that the best options are cycling along the base of Table Mountains’ towering cliffs and down a winding road along the coast or a half hour meander through Cape Point.
Quad Biking
Follow off road tracks through the bush, across rivers and up mountainous terrain. We use 125cc automatic bikes, so that anybody can ride them without previous experience.
