		<description>The disuse of team building activities is more due to the fact that the learning process is not included. If team performance and, especially, the development is not reviewed then the activity is more pure fun.

I am a strong advocate of facilitation. The common mistake is that, after a team activity, the supervisor tells how the team performed. Much better learning process is reached when the facilitator makes the team to process themselves their accomplishments. Facilitator&#039;s role is to direct the review away from physical accomplishments into team performance.</description>
